What equipment is needed for a 360 virtual tour?

Home Insiders offers a variety of 360 Virtual Tour solutions including Giraffe360, Matterport, iGuide and Zillow 3D Home Tours. Let us assist you with the technology that best meets your requirements and budget.

How long does it take to create a 360 virtual tour?

The typical 1,500 – 3,500 square foot listing takes approximately one to one and a half hours depending on the technology used. Matterport takes the longest time as it requires the most individual scans.

Can I customize the tour with my branding and contact information?

Yes, we can brand the tour with you logos and contact information. Please provide us with your logo, headshot and contact info when you place your order.

Are there any additional fees for hosting the tour?

There are no additional hosting fees with our 360 Virtual Tours with the exception being Matterport. All new Matterport projects include 6 months of tour hosting at no additional expense. If you choose to renew the hosting it is $95 per year. If you have your own Matterport account, we can upload the tours to your account, and you may maintain them as long as you desire.

How can I share the tour with potential buyers?

Home Insiders will provide you with html or embedded links to your 360 tour. These can be shared on your listing in the MLS, your website and social media as well as sent to clients and prospects.
